Subscriptions
Use “Already subscribed? Restore” on the Ratzon Membership screen to restore access using the Apple account that purchased your subscription. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings. Request refunds through Apple. Deleting your Ratzon account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Account deletion
In Ratzon, open You, then Settings, then Delete account. If you cannot access your account, contact the support email above. See our Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details.
